This creative movement class is specifically designed to help children explore and channel their creative energy alongside their parents. A time for the whole family to connect, move and play.

Drawing them out of themselves and then discovering their inner power by using playful mindful movement and meditation (including Qigong, Laughter, Dancing, Spinning, Mirroring, Singing Bowls).

There is no pre-requisite for this class, and it is beneficial particularly for children that do not enjoy competitive sports.

Your child will learn to connect with their life force energy whilst becoming more aware of their body and mind connection.
