What Is Involved:
Session 1 - Discover The Five Elements
- You will begin your Balance & Elevate journey with an introduction to The Five Elements (Traditional Chinese Medicine). Together we will complete a questionnaire to discover which element is your constitutional type.
- We are all made up of The Five Elements and have a strong Element that we are born with.
- During our lives these Elements can fall out of balance depending on incidents we go through; physically and emotionally.
- We will finish the 1st session with a beautiful and gentle movement practice and a meditation to embody a deeper connection with each of The Five Elements.
Sessions 2-6 Connecting With The Elements
- We will be following the generating cycle for the Elements and will explore each one in every session.
- Starting with an overview of the element, the physical and emotional issues that arise from the element being out of balance.
- Tips of how to balance the element, including acupressure points.
- We will then connect to the energy of each Element with the Body in a Qigong Movement Practice and Meditation.
- Followed by a Coaching Exercise (written) to develop the union deeper into the Mind.
- You will continue to work with the Element for one week after each session with activities and written exercises.
What Is The Outcome:
From your deep exploration into each of The Five Elements:
- You will have gained insight of your Personality Element.
- You will also have a better understanding of your friends, family, co-workers, employees, clients when you align with The Five Elements.
- You will have learnt ways in which to BALANCE the Five Elements along with how you can ELEVATE them depending on any life situation.
- You will have acquired a set of tools that you can tap into wherever and whenever it is needed. For example, if you are feeling shy and nervous you can take care of your Fire Element by using one of the many helpful practices within this program.
At the end of the 6-part program:
- You will feel your life is more in BALANCE.
- You will have acquired skills to ELEVATE your life.
- You will receive access to my YouTube channel with many videos to help maintain that balance and elevation.
- You will receive 5x30 minutes 1:1 Online Maintenance Sessions at a 10% discount.
