If you have visited Ibiza before you will have felt the magical, mystical energy the Island exudes. Ibiza’s soil is full of quartz crystal, contributing to the island’s special powers.
Es Vedra, a striking rock formation, is thought to be magnetic.The island certainly brings us back again and again! With a history full of legends and folklore this is an island to be experienced to really feel its power.
The Five Elements play an important part of Traditional Chinese Medicine. It relates to the
energy of the world and the relationships between all things. The Elements are Metal, Water,
Wood, Fire and Earth. Each day we shall take a journey to each of
The Five Elements and discover how to harness the gifts of each one.
Day 1 – Thursday – The Five Elements
Land on the magical island of Ibiza and arrive at Casa Infinity anytime during the day.
We will open our retreat with an introduction to The Five Elements followed by a Cacao Ceremony and Qigong Practice.
Ending the day with our 1st dinner together at Casa Infinity.
DAY 1 - THURSDAY - METAL

We will open our retreat with an introduction to The Five Elements followed by a Cacao Ceremony and Qigong Practice.

DAY 2 - FRIDAY - WATER
The first Element we will explore is Water. Today we shall wear dark blue / black.
Starting the day with a Water Element Session Practice followed by a delicious plant-based breakfast.
We will continue the water connection at the beach where we will snorkel around a secluded cove and experience an Aqua Flow Practice in the shallow waters.
There is also an option to book a paddle boarding session for today (not included in retreat price).
We will meet for Osho Kundalini Meditation followed by dinner at Casa Infinity.
Option for a Yoga Nidra Meditation before bed.
DAY 3 - SATURDAY - WOOD
Today we strengthen our bodies with the second Element. For the Wood element we wear green.
Starting with a Wood Element Qigong Practice followed by a nourishing plant-based breakfast. Today is also a great day to enjoy your complimentary 60 minute massage.
Continuing with the exploration of the Wood Element, which influences our growth and development, we will go on a coastal walk. Today is also a great day to enjoy your complimentary massage.
We will meet late afternoon for Osho Nadabrahma Meditation.
Today we will enjoy dinner in a restaurant (not included in the retreat price).
DAY 4 - SUNDAY - FIRE
As we begin the day with a session for the Fire Element, our intention will be focused on our ability to give and receive warmth and love with boundaries.
Today we wear red, hot pink, bright orange and /or deep purple.
After breakfast there will be time for some fun in the sun. And later we will join for Osho Laughter Meditation.
On this Fire Element day and we have the option to book a private Temazcal (part included in the retreat price).
A very ancient ritual held in a sweat lodge that helps us to return to a healthy, balanced, and calm mind, body and soul.
Dinner will be taken at Casa Infinity.
DAY 5 - MONDAY - EARTH
Our final full day of the retreat starts with the Earth Element Qigong followed by a nourishing breakfast. Colours for today are yellow, beige, brown, soft pink, peach or warm pastels.
Today we will connect even deeper to Mother Earth with exploring and earthing and we will end the day watching the famous Ibiza Sunset.
We will also join for Osho Hearth Meditation.
Dinner will be at Casa Infinity.
Day 6 - Tuesday - Metal
The final Element we will explore is The Metal Element with a Qigong practice, followed by a delicious plant-based breakfast. We will then visit a sacred site.
Today we wear white, metallic gold or silver.
Finishing with a Closing Gratitude Circle and Osho Chakra Sounds Meditation before saying our farewells to each other.

Situated in a peaceful Urbanization, a short walk to a secluded beach, and cliff walks perfect for exploring Ibiza’s hidden gems.
Casa Infinity has a choice of 3 rooms – 2 Double and 1 Single. It also has 3 bathrooms.
Room Prices as follows:
Double Room – €799 per person (sharing options available on request)
Single Room – €649 per person
A 50% Non-refundable Deposit is due at registration. We recommend booking
early to secure your space as the number of guests on this retreat is limited to
3 or 4 max.
Payment instalment options are available on special request.
All payments are Non-Refundable, please make sure you have travel insurance to cover you if you decide to cancel the retreat after making payments.
