If you have visited Ibiza before you will have felt the magical, mystical energy the Island exudes.
Ibiza’s soil is full of quartz crystal, contributing to the island’s special powers.
Es Vedra, a striking rock formation, is thought to be magnetic. The island certainly brings us back again and again! With a history full of legends and folklore this is an island to be experienced to really feel its power.
What does rest meant to you? During our Rest & Restore Retreat we will explore the various ways we can rest – more than simply napping on the sofa!
DAY 1 - THURSDAY - REST
DAY 2 - FRIDAY - RESTORE
Followed by a delicious plant-based breakfast.
A complimentary 90-minute sacred healing and massage session can be booked for today.
Spend time by the water today to feel its restorative energy.
Either with a short cliff walk, Aqua flow, snorkelling or all three!
Ending the day with dinner at Casa Infinity and a meditation.
DAY 3 - SATURDAY - REST
After spending time resting, we will have lunch at one of the many amazing restaurants on the island (not included in retreat price).
Back at Casa Infinity for some creative rest with a special workshop to refuel our souls .
Ending the day with the stunning sunset at Es Vedra followed by a meditation.
DAY 4 - SUNDAY - RESTORE
Today we will explore the island a little deeper and see some of the sights.
On this restoration day and we also have the option to book a private Temazcal (part included in the retreat price).
A very ancient ritual held in a sweat lodge that helps us to return to a healthy, balanced, and calm mind, body and soul.
Dinner will be taken at Casa Infinity.
DAY 5 - MONDAY - REST
Today’s soothing options are Reiki Healing or Sound Healing Session or both 😉
Dinner will be taken at Casa Infinity.
DAY 6 - TUESDAY- RESTORE
Finishing with a Closing Gratitude Circle which will include Cacao and an Embodiment Workshop, before saying our farewells to each other.

Connect with the Ibiza magic and returrn to yours in Casa Infinity. A private house with pool access and a roof terrace with stunning Mountain views.
Situated in a peaceful Urbanization, a short walk to a secluded beach, and cliff walks perfect for exploring Ibiza’s hidden gems.
Casa Infinity has a choice of 3 rooms – 2 Double and 1 Single. It also has 3 bathrooms.
Room Prices as follows:
Double Room – €799 per person (sharing options available on request)
Single Room – €649 per person
A 50% Non-refundable Deposit is due at registration. We recommend booking early to secure your space as the number of guests on this retreat is limited to 3 or 4 max. Payment instalment options are available on special request.
All payments are Non Refundable, please make sure you have travel insurance to cover you if you decide to cancel the retreat after making payments.
