If you have visited Ibiza before you will have felt the magical, mystical energy the Island exudes.
Ibiza's soil is full of quartz crystal, contributing to the island's special powers.
Es Vedra, a striking rock formation, is thought to be magnetic. The island certainly brings us back again and again! With a history full of legends and folklore this is an island to be experienced to really feel its power.
The Five Elements play an important part of Traditional Chinese Medicine. It relates to the energy of the world and the relationships between all things. The Elements are Metal, Water, Wood, Fire and Earth. Each day we shall take a journey to each of The Five Elements and discover how to harness the gifts of each one.

DAY 1 – THURSDAY METAL

Land on the magical island of Ibiza and arrive at Casa Infinity
anytime during the day.

We will begin our retreat with an Opening Cacao Ceremony
followed by a Metal Element Qigong Practice.

Ending the day with our 1st dinner together at Casa Infinity.

DAY 2 - FRIDAY WATER

Starting the day with Water Element Qigong Practice followed by breakfast. We will continue the water connection at the beach where we will snorkel around a secluded cove and experience an Aqua Flow Practice in the shallow waters.

We will meet for a Yoga Nidra Meditation For Releasing Fears followed by dinner at Casa Infinity.

DAY 3 - SATURDAY WOOD

Today we strengthen our bodies with a Wood Element Qigong Practice followed by breakfast.

Continuing with the exploration of the Wood Element, which influences our growth and development, we will go on a coastal walk. Today is also a great day to enjoy your complimentary 60 minute massage.

We will enjoy dinner in a restaurant (not included in the retreat price). Ending the day with a Meditation.

DAY 4 - SUNDAY - FIRE

As we begin the day with a Qigong Practice for the Fire Element, our
intentions will focus on our ability to give and receive warmth
and love with boundaries.

After breakfast there will be time for some fun in the sun. And later we
will join for a Laughter Meditation.

On this Fire Element day and we have the option to book a private
Temazcal (not included in the retreat price). A very ancient ritual held in
a sweat lodge that helps us to return to a healthy, balanced, and calm
mind, body and soul.

Dinner will be taken at Casa Infinity.

DAY 5 - MONDAY - EARTH

Our final full day of the retreat starts with the Earth Element
Qigong followed by a nourishing breakfast.

Today we will connect even deeper to Mother Earth with exploring
and earthing and we will end the day watching the famous Ibiza
Sunset.

Dinner will be at Casa Infinity and before bed we will ground with aYoga Nidra Meditation.

DAY 6 - TUESDAY

We shall finish our beautiful retreat with a Five Elements Flow and
Meditation followed by a nourishing breakfast. Ending with a Closing
Gratitude Circle before saying our farewells to each other.

-Transfers to and from airport and in free time

- Any unforeseen accident, injury and/or damage to property (Note there is a large holding deposit for damage which we expect everyone to contribute to if required)

- Travel insurance

Connect with the Ibiza magic and returrn to yours in Casa Infinity. A private house with pool access and a roof terrace with stunning Mountain views.
Situated in a peaceful Urbanization, a short walk to a secluded beach, and cliff walks perfect for exploring Ibiza’s hidden gems.
Casa Infinity has a choice of 3 rooms – 2 Double and 1 Single. It also has 3 bathrooms.
Room Prices as follows: Double Room - €799 per person
(sharing options available on request) Single Room - €649 per person A 50% Non-refundable Deposit is due at registration. We recommend booking early to secure your space as the number of guests on this retreat is limited to 3 or 4 max.
Payment instalment options are available on special request. All payments are Non-Refundable, please make sure you have travel insurance to cover you if you decide to cancel the retreat after making payments.
