The Training Pathway
Angel Yin ™ is offered as a progressive pathway for those who feel called to share this work.
- Level 1 – Foundations An introduction to Angel Yin™, exploring key postures, principles of stillness, and the foundations of holding space.
- Level 2 – Deepening Expanding your understanding of the practice, refining your presence, and developing your ability to gently guide others.
- Level 3 – Integration Bringing together all elements of the practice, supporting you in confidently holding space and sharing Angel Yin™ in your own way.
What You’ll Learn
- Yin Yoga postures and the principles of stillness, and their effects on body, mind, and energy
- Angel-inspired themes and meditative elements to bring depth and softness into your sessions
- Subtle energy awareness and how to gently guide presence within Yin practices
- Creating calm, safe, and nurturing spaces where others feel held
- Sequencing and guiding intuitive Angel Yin sessions, including the use of silence, stillness, and flow
Certification
A certificate of completion is provided for each training.
Practitioner certification is available for those who complete the full training pathway.
