Active Meditations help you to move with your emotions to release stuck energy. Bringing the body back to a relaxed harmony. Then continuing the journey inwards to return to your True Self.
Dancing, Laughter, Gibberish, Qigong, Whirling, Chakra Balancing, Shaking and Breathwork can be experienced during an Active Meditation session.
