This session invites you to rest in stillness while gentle, high-frequency angelic energy flows through, supporting emotional release, energetic balance and deep inner peace. With breath, intention, and sound you'll be held in a space of light, grace and quiet transformation.
A gentle 90-minute offering to soften, ground, and reconnect. We'll begin with a heart-opening cacao ritual, followed by slow yin postures to invite deep release and stillness.
