TAO YIN YOGA

Yin yoga, largely inspired by Chinese traditional medicine with the view to release tension being held in the body and mind.
During this practice we will work deep into the tissues, facia, tendons and ligaments with poses that are held for longer periods of time (with a passive approach).
This allows the practice to work deeply into the body, release tension and lubricate the joints. Meanwhile, allowing the nervous system to fully reset.
Expect softness, stillness, lots of props and to leave feeling rejuvenated.
This is a meditative and quiet practice, suitable for students of all levels and experiences.
