Tao Yin is an ancient practice discovered by accident by cave excavators looking for treasure in 160BC. It is the ancestor of Yoga and Qigong.
Tao Yin means to guide and direct the life force energy through the body and mind using specific channel meridians. Using the breath, the body, and the mind to circulate the Qi energy within us all.
