Tao Yin is an ancient practice discovered by accident by cave excavators looking for treasure in 160BC. They discovered 44 drawings in one of the tombs which were valuable ancient exercises for health and longevity.

It is the ancestor of Yoga and Qigong. With deeper stretching than Qigong and more flow than Yoga.

Tao Yin means to guide and direct the life force energy through the body and mind using specific channel meridians. Using the breath, the body, and the mind to circulate the energy within us all.
