BALANCE & ELEVATE – WEEK 4 – THE FIRE ELEMENT

Starting with an overview of the Fire Element, the physical and emotional issues that arise from the Water Element being out of balance.
Tips of how to balance the Fire Element, including acupressure points.
We will then connect to the energy of the Fire Element through the Body in a Qigong Movement Practice and Meditation.
Followed by a Coaching Exercise (written) to develop the union deeper into the Mind.
You will continue to work with the Fire Element for one week with simple activities to bring into your daily life.
