Week 1 – Discover The Five Elements
• You will begin your Balance & Elevate journey with an introduction to The Five Elements (Traditional Chinese Medicine).
• Together we will complete a questionnaire to discover which element is your constitutional type.
• We are all made up of The Five Elements and have a strong Element that we are born with. During our lives these Elements can fall out of balance depending on incidents we go through; physically and emotionally.
• We will finish the 1st session with a beautiful and gentle movement practice and a meditation to embody a deeper connection with each of The Five Elements.
