RETURN TO YOUR MAGIC AND JOIN AMY FOR A UNIQUE EXPERIENCE & LET THE IBIZA ENERGY NOURISH YOUR SOUL.

If you have visited Ibiza before you will have felt the magical, mystical energy the Island exudes. Ibiza’s soil is full of quartz crystal, contributing to the island’s special powers.

Es Vedra, a striking rock formation, is thought to be magnetic. The island certainly brings us back again and again! With a history full of legends and folklore this is an island to be experienced to really feel its power.

During this 3 night retreat you will experience movement and meditation practices to bring
about awareness, connection and understanding. When you know you grow. When you grow you GLOW

DAY 1 - THURSDAY -ARRIVAL

After landing on the magical island of Ibiza and settling in at Casa Infinity, we will begin our Grow & Glow Retreat with an Opening Cacao Ceremony (includes movement embodiment & meditation).

Finishing the 1st day with dinner at Casa Infinity.

DAY 2 - FRIDAY - RESTORE

Greet the day with a Qigong/Tao Yin practice to gently release tension and tightness and increase energy flow in the body. Followed by a delicious plant-based

Spend time by the water today to feel its restorative energy. Either with a short cliff walk, Aqua flow, snorkelling or all three! Option to book paddle boarding as an extra activity (not included in retreat price).

Ending the day with dinner at Casa Infinity and a meditation.

DAY 2 - FRIDAY - GROW

Starting the day with a Movement & Meditation session focused on growth. Followed by a delicious plant-based breakfast.

Spend time relaxing by the pool or at the beach. Followed by a complimentary massage session.

We meet later for a special session to “Manifest With The 6:6 Energy Portal” Ending the day with dinner at Casa Infinity and a Beach Drumming Experience

DAY 3 - SATURDAY - GLOW

Today we Glow with a Movement & Meditation practice that will help you rise up to be who you are, a beautiful celebration of life. Followed by a delicious breakfast.

Spend time relaxing by the pool, the beach or on the roof terrace. Or exploring the island.

Back at Casa Infinity for an Active Meditation. Followed by dinner and an Ibizan Sunset

DAY 4 - SUNDAY - INTEGRATE

Greet the day with a Closing Gratitude Circle which will include Cacao and a Reflection Workshop, plus a Movement & Meditation Practice.

Followed by a delicious breakfast. before saying our farewells to each other.

Connect with the Ibiza magic and returrn to yours in Casa Infinity. A private house with pool access and a roof terrace with stunning Mountain views.

Situated in a peaceful Urbanization, a short walk to a secluded beach, and cliff walks perfect for exploring Ibiza’s hidden gems.

Casa Infinity has a choice of 3 rooms – 2 Double and 1 Single. It also has 3 bathrooms.

Room Prices Per Person as follows:
Double Room (with en-suite & balcony) – £500 (sharing options available on request)
Double Room – £425
Single Room – £350

A 50% Non-refundable Deposit is due at registration. We recommend booking early to secure your space as the number of guests on this retreat is limited to 3 or 4 max.

Payment instalment options are available on special request.

All payments are Non-Refundable, please make sure you have travel insurance to cover you if you decide to cancel the retreat after making payments.
