If you have visited Ibiza before you will have felt the magical, mystical energy the Island exudes. Ibiza’s soil is full of quartz crystal, contributing to the island’s special powers.
Es Vedra, a striking rock formation, is thought to be magnetic. The island certainly brings us back again and again! With a history full of legends and folklore this is an island to be experienced to really feel its power.
What does rest mean to you? During our Rest & Restore Retreat we will explore the various ways we can rest – more than simply napping on the sofa!
DAY 1 - THURSDAY - ARRIVAL
Finishing the 1st day with dinner at Casa Infinity and a Yoga Nidra Meditation For Sleep
DAY 2 - FRIDAY - RESTORE
Spend time by the water today to feel its restorative energy. Either with a short cliff walk, Aqua flow, snorkelling or all three! Option to book paddle boarding as an extra activity (not included in retreat price).
Ending the day with dinner at Casa Infinity and a meditation.
DAY 2 - FRIDAY - REST
Today you will receive a complimentary massage.
Ending the day with dinner at Casa Infinity and a Chakra Balancing meditation.
DAY 3 - SATURDAY - RESTORE
Spend time resting by the pool, the beach or on the roof terrace. Or shopping at one of Ibiza’s famous markets.
Back at Casa Infinity for some spiritual rest with a Sound Journey Experience. Dinner is at Casa Infinity.
DAY 4 - SUNDAY - REST
Today we will explore the island and see some of the sights
We will end this day with a stunning sunset and a meditation.
DAY 5 - MONDAY - RESTORE
After spending time resting, we will enjoy some creative rest with a special workshop to refuel our souls (TBC).
We will have dinner at one of the many amazing restaurants on the island (not included in retreat price).
DAY 6 - TUESDAY - CLOSING
Finishing with a Closing Gratitude Circle which will include Cacao and an Embodiment Workshop, before saying our farewells to each other.

Connect with the Ibiza magic and returrn to yours in Casa Infinity. A private house with pool access and a roof terrace with stunning Mountain views.
Situated in a peaceful Urbanization, a short walk to a secluded beach, and cliff walks perfect for exploring Ibiza’s hidden gems.
Casa Infinity has a choice of 3 rooms – 2 Double and 1 Single. It also has 3 bathrooms.
Room Prices Per Person as follows:
Double Room – £750 (sharing options available on request)
Double Room – £725
Single Room – £600 per person
A 50% Non-refundable Deposit is due at registration. We recommend booking early to secure your space as the number of guests on this retreat is limited to 3 or 4 max.
Payment instalment options are available on special request.
All payments are Non-Refundable, please make sure you have travel insurance to cover you if you decide to cancel the retreat after making payments.
