If you have visited Ibiza before you will have felt the magical, mystical energy the Island exudes. Ibiza’s soil is full of quartz crystal, contributing to the island’s special powers.
Es Vedra, a striking rock formation, is thought to be magnetic. The island certainly brings us back again and again! With a history full of legends and folklore this is an island to be experienced to really feel its power.
Yin & Yang shows us that everything in life exists as two opposites – negative and positive; moon and sun; feminine and masculine etc. Over 6 days you will experience beautiful practices to bring harmony and balance into your mind body and soul.
day 1 - THURSDAY YIN
Land on the magical island of Ibiza and arrive at Casa Infinity anytime during the day.
We will begin our retreat with an Opening Ceremony which will include Embodiment plus Flowing Movement.
Ending the day with our 1st dinner together at Casa Infinity.
day 2 - friday YANG
We will start the day with a movement practice to enliven our bodies and release stress and tension. Followed by a delicious plant-based breakfast.
Today you will each experience a complimentary massage.
Ending the day with an Active Meditation to keep the yang energy flowing followed by a nourishing dinner.
DAY 3 - SATURDAY YIN
Today will be a passive day with a lot of rest and relaxation. Starting with a gentle movement practice to stretch and unwind followed by a plant-based breakfast.
Free time to explore or hang out at the beach. Or shopping in the markets.
Tonight, we will have an early dinner at Casa Infinity. Ending the evening with a Full Moon Circle including Cacao, Embodiment, Movement, Sound & Meditation
DAY 4 - SUNDAY - YANG
Our energy fuelled Sunday begins with a core workout with deep stretching, followed by a delicious breakfast.
We will explore the island today and eat out for dinner (not included in retreat price).
day 5 - MONDAY -YIN
Our final full day of the retreat starts with a gentle Qigong Practice followed by a nourishing breakfast.
A Paddle boarding is an option for today (not included in retreat price).
Ending the day with a Sound Healing Experience followed by dinner at Casa Infinity.
day 6 - TUESDAY - YANG
We shall end our Yin & Yang Retreat with a Closing Gratitude Circle which will include Cacao, Embodiment and Flowing Movements, before saying our farewells to each other.

Connect with the Ibiza magic and returrn to yours in Casa Infinity. A private house with pool access and a roof terrace with stunning Mountain views.
Situated in a peaceful Urbanization, a short walk to a secluded beach, and cliff walks perfect for exploring Ibiza’s hidden gems.
Casa Infinity has a choice of 3 rooms – 2 Double and 1 Single. It also has 3 bathrooms.
Room Prices Per Person as follows:
Double Room – £750 (sharing options available on request)
Double Room – £725
Single Room – £600 per person
A 50% Non-refundable Deposit is due at registration. We recommend booking early to secure your space as the number of guests on this retreat is limited to 3 or 4 max.
Payment instalment options are available on special request.
All payments are Non-Refundable, please make sure you have travel insurance to cover you if you decide to cancel the retreat after making payments.
