DESCRIPTION:Join Amy Pope and Danielle Bailey for another truth.yoga.beach.club session! \nThis time we’ll be heading to Jumeirah Beach at Sunset for some led Qi-Gong from Amy plus some ethereal sounds of Danielle and her bowls. \nMove with flow\, listen to the healing sounds of bowls and be surrounded by the soothing beach\, fresh air and soft sands. Be immersed in nature while you nourish yourself. \nPlease bring a mat or blanket to stand/lie on\, if you do not have one please inform us ahead of the time. It is advised to wear suncream if you have sensitive skin & please bring water. \nPlease meet us at Feel Cafe on Sunset Beach for around 5:15pm\, we will begin at 6:30pm. \nSIGN UP HERE
